Punta Allen is the largest fisherman town inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve and it is located at the end of the road from Tulum towards Boca Paila and towards Punta Allen, in the heart of Ascension Bay. Fishing in Ascension Bay means fishing in one the world famous fisheries in the entire world, offering a wide variety of species including bonefish, tarpon, snook, jacks, or barracudas. Ascension Bay is also known as the Permit fishing capital of the world.
Pick up time: Will depend on your hotel location
Fishing Trip starts: 8:00 am
Departing location: La Lagunita, little harbor located on the lagoon side in Punta Allen
